Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpenSignal ("the Service"), operated by MikeGrowsGreens ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OpenSignal is a B2B intelligence platform that monitors public business license filings, food permits, and liquor licenses across U.S. states to surface pre-open sales leads. The Service includes AI-powered lead scoring, data enrichment, CRM integrations, and export tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the data
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security

6. Data & Accuracy

OpenSignal aggregates publicly available government records. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the data. AI-generated scores are estimates and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by MikeGrowsGreens. You retain ownership of any data you upload or create within the Service. We retain ownership of aggregated, anonymized usage data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenSignal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your billing settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
