When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Google OAuth or email magic links). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including searches, exports, CRM pushes, saved searches, and territory configurations. This helps us improve the product and provide support.

Business Record Data

The business license data we provide is sourced from publicly available government records. We do not collect personal data about the businesses listed beyond what is publicly filed.

  • To process subscriptions and billing
  • To send transactional emails (magic links, alerts, export notifications)
  • To improve our AI scoring models using aggregated, anonymized data

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Google — for OAuth authentication and Places API enrichment
  • Anthropic — for AI-powered lead scoring (business data only, no personal data)
  • Your CRM — when you explicitly push records to HubSpot, Salesforce, or other integrations
  • Sentry — for error tracking and performance monitoring

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), database-level access controls, and secure authentication. Your data is stored on managed PostgreSQL databases hosted by DigitalOcean with automated backups.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription. After account cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate information in your profile
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
